Nana Boafour Konadu Yiadom
Board Chairman
Nana Boafour Konadu Yiadom is the mawerehene of Denase Palace in the Ashanti region of Ghana. He is currently the founder of Ashan Childrens’ Home Denase in the Afiagya Kwabre District and co-founder of Center for Racial Equality in Regensburg (Germany). Nana is also the president of Ashan College of Nursing and the Chief Executive Officer Ashan Hospital. Nana Boafour was appointed a Director at Akumadan Rural Bank in 30th September 2015 and is currently the Board chairman of the Company.
Mrs. Victoria Dorman

Mrs. Victoria Dorman joined Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) as a staff of the Internal Audit Department in January 2022 where she brings on board over sixteen years’ experience in both external and internal auditing.
Mrs. Dorman joined the Internal Audit Department of Juaben Rural Bank Limited in July 2008 as an audit staff and by dint of hard work, rose to be the Head of the Department in April 2011.
She worked with Nexia Debra & Co, an auditing firm in Accra and a member of the Nexia International as an audit assistant for 3 years before joining Juaben Rural Bank Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Central University College, as well as a Masters’ Degree in Banking and Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She is a chartered Accountant and a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAGH). Currently, she is a law student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Robert Boateng

Mr. Robert a noble achiever in the insurance fraternity which has given him a good reputation. From His days with Enterprise insurance company limited, the skill of supervision and significant achievement earned him immense appraisal that made the Company one the best Insurance firm in Ghana. He was the Client Relations Officer (2004-2006), Deputy Head, Corporate Relations workgroup (2006-2008) then Head, Retail Workgroup (2008 – 2010), assigned the Branch Manager, Odorkor Branch (2010 – 2015) and Branch Manager/Deputy Head, Southern Sector Operations. Currently Mr. Boateng is the General Manager of Donewell Insurance Company.
Academically, He hold an MBA – Marketing, Methodist University College and a BSc Administration (Insurance Option), University of Ghana (First Class Honors). Professionally he is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute Ghana – FCIIG and a Chartered Insurer – ACII UK.
Isaac K.D Baidoo

Mr. Isaac Kwarteng Dapaah Baidoo is mark of enormous competency with a proven leadership ability and commitment to achieving business excellence with strong analytical skills. Mr. Baidoo is qualified in MBA, Marketing and Corporate Strategy – Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, BSC (Hons) Insurance - University of Lagos, Certificate in Pensions – African University College of Communications (AUCC), Certificate in Strategic Management – Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Diploma in Tourism combined with over a decade working in the financial industry.
Mr. Isaac Baidoo is the President / CEO of Global Investment Bankers Ltd, providing a leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. Prior to that, He worked as a Regional Manager for International Energy Insurance, Ashanti Regional office. Also he worked as a Branch Manager for Vanguard Assurance Co. Ltd, Kumasi Office (2006 – 2009) and Unique Insurance Co. Ltd as a General insurance underwriting Officer (2003 – 2006). As a man with varied professions, He started his career as a Tally Clerk at Cross Marine Services Ltd, Lagos in the early nineties and a Teacher at Ikeja Day School, Surulere – Lagos.
Dr. Daniel Agbeko

Dr. Daniel Agbeko is a Ph.D holder with 18 years of practical Banking experience and technical knowledge in finance, agriculture, entrepreneurship and microfinance with strong skills in credit analysis for micro, small and medium scale enterprises, concurrently with 5 years’ experience in lecturing and coaching students to start their own businesses.
He has also been an international project management conclusive involved in curriculum development, finance, agricultural colleges, rural banks, private microfinance institutions and other businesses and companies across Ghana and other developing countries. He has presented technical papers on finance, agriculture entrepreneurship and rural banking at several seminars in Ghana, finance and entrepreneurship conferences in India, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States America. He is also the Board Chairman Power Point Investment Systems and a board member of various organizations.
Dr. Agbeko obtained PhD in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Wageningen University & Research – Netherlands, MBA in Finance, University of Leicester – UK, International Certificate in Microfinance, University of Nisiet – India, International Certificate in Rural Microfinance, Wageningen University & Research – Netherlands, BSc Agriculture, University of Cape Coast – Ghana and Diploma in Education, University – Ghana.
Mr. Raymond Kansanba

Mr. Kansanba is an enthusiastic, discipline and self-motivated individual with a good approach to tackling challenging problems with results orientation, possesses analytical skills with creative and imaginative ability, a fast learner and a great team player. His key competencies is found in Financial, Management and personal and has a research publication in an Assessment of Financial Literacy Levels among Undergraduate Business Students in Ghana – Research Journal of Finance and Accounting, ISSN 2222-1697 (Paper) ISSN 2222-2847 (Online), Vol.4, No.8, 2013.
Mr. Raymond Kansanba is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant (Ghana), MBA (Finance) – Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, BSc Accounting with Computing – Garden City University College, HND Accounting – Kumasi Polytechnic, Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) – Kumasi Polytechnic.
He is currently the Ag. Finance Officer prior as an Accountant at Garden City University College, Kumasi. Before that, Mr. Kansanba was an Adjunct Lecturer for Professional Development Center at the University and a Financial Consultant to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
